The Grace Room: A Weekly Reset for the Soul, Body, and Spirit
Life moves fast, and it is easy to lose yourself in the needs of others. Whether you are navigating the quiet struggle of addiction, the exhausting beauty of caregiving, or simply searching for a moment of peace, you deserve a dedicated space to breathe.
I am Tamara Kelly, and my life’s work is found at the intersection of faith, art, and support. As an ordained minister, author, choreographer, and caregiver, I know that healing requires more than just words—it requires a connection between our spirit, our mind, and our bodies.
I am inviting you to join me for a "Founding Member" Beta program. For the next year, I will be hosting a weekly live session, offered completely free of charge.
The Grace Room is designed to be your weekly anchor—a safe, consistent space to release the tension of the past week and set a powerful intention for the one ahead. No judgment. No masks. Just a community of people moving toward healing together.
Our Weekly Journey Includes:
* Spiritual Grounding: A weekly reflection to center your soul and renew your faith.
* Somatic Release: Guided movement and dance to physically let go of stress and shame.
* Safe Support: Honest, expert-led conversation on recovery, resilience, and the art of caregiving.
Space is limited for this founding group. If you are ready to carve out one hour a week for your own healing, please fill out the application below.
Pillar 1: Shared Burden (Community)
The membership removes the isolation that fuels obsession. Through a private, secure forum, members find a sanctuary where they can be honest about their struggles without fear of judgment. It is a place to find "me too" moments that break the power of shame.

Pillar 2: Spiritual Alignment (Faith)
Recovery is integrated with scripture. Through monthly devotionals and live calls, members learn to replace obsessive thought patterns with the truth of Yah's Word. The focus is on the "new mercies" promised in scripture, teaching women how to reset their hearts daily.

Pillar 3: Practical Frameworks (Tools)
Faith is paired with action. The plan provides the tangible "how-to" of recovery through digital toolkits, habit trackers, and structured journaling. This ensures that members aren't just praying for change, but are actively implementing the boundaries and habits necessary to maintain their freedom.
